Inspired by the streets of Tokyo, and the bohemian beaches of California, ESC is the perfect mix of comfortable and sexy.ESC continues to grow and offers exciting new styles to boutiques, and department stores worldwide.
Founder/Designer, Naomi K. Sills grew up in Tokyo, studied International Business in the United States, then returned to Japan to study and graduate from Nippon Design Gakuin with a degree in Interior Design. Naomi never felt satisfaction from Interior Design, and found inspiration with a Japanese contemporary fashion company.Through 13 years, Naomi helped grow the business from 4 stores 3 brands, to 120 stores 10 brands. And did this by being a creative entrepreneur, building the business through sales, marketing, PR, designing and brand development. She spent five years in Japan, then expanded the company in Hong Kong, building and managing an international manufacturing division, then landed in California to build and manage the international buying office.
It was a combination of all these skill sets, and extensive world travel, which gave Naomi the inspiration to create her own collection.
